Bishop Eddie Long’s Wife Calls Off Divorce

Bishop Eddie Long, pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia, can’t seem to stay out of the news lately. Just 2 weeks ago he made the news by being crowned king in some ridiculous ceremony performed by Ralph Messer. Now it is reported that his wife, Vanessa Long, has called off the divorce she previously filed.

This is the second time in three months that Vanessa Long has called off plans to divorce Bishop Eddie Long, who has battled accusations of improper sexual relationships with male members of his congregation. It has been reported that she and her husband have mutually decided to work things out.

Bishop Eddie Long Settles Out of Court

Bishop Eddie Long has settled out of court with the four boys who accused him of sexually coering them. This is big news as Bishop Eddie Long stated previously that he was going to vigorously fight this case. Neither side is talking about the settlement but it is probably safe to say the the accusers in the case were paid well.
